What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing helpful event information
Act as a brand ambassador during promotional events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees
Assist in event planning and logistics, including setup, registration, and on-site support
Promote events and engage with potential customers to drive brand awareness
Track customer interactions, collect feedback, and help improve service delivery
Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and support client needs
Provide support via multiple channels – in-person, phone, email, and chat
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy setting
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for events
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event coordination is a plus (but not required)
