Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and networking efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as a representative of Flourish In’s values and services.
- Assist senior business development managers in creating proposals, presentations, and sales strategies. Help manage client inquiries and follow up on opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and help drive business growth.
- Support the sales cycle by helping schedule meetings, preparing materials, and engaging with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and business development progress. Ensure proper documentation of interactions with leads and clients.
- Participate in training programs and develop a deep understanding of Flourish In’s products, services, and target market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
