Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional Material Preparation: Support the creation and organization of promotional materials for marketing events and campaigns.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Ensure smooth event operations by assisting in the setup in the morning and breakdown in the evening.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate our clients’ charitable initiatives to customers, fostering positive relationships and driving brand awareness.
• Marketing & Sales Strategies: Help implement promotional marketing campaigns and execute sales strategies to meet client goals.
• Inventory Management: Assist with organizing merchandising materials and tracking inventory to ensure the availability of all necessary items.
• Sales Tracking: Record and monitor sales transactions, ensuring all data is accurate for reporting.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Local Travel: Must be willing to travel locally within the East Bay area for events and promotions.
• Passion for Community Impact: A genuine desire to contribute to charitable initiatives and amplify brands’ voices in the community.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Natural leadership skills with the ability to collaborate well with others in a team-oriented environment.
