About the Role:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Manage the logistics of events, from planning through execution, ensuring every detail is covered.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events and campaigns effectively.
- Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content to enhance event visibility.
- Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the outcomes of events to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies relevant and effective.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creative Problem Solver: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for events.
