Position Overview:

As a Charity Event Fundraising Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in organizing, promoting, and executing fundraising events for [Cause/Charity Name]. Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing fundraising events, ensuring all details are covered from start to finish.
  • Sponsorship & Donations: Help secure donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions to support the event.
  • Event Promotion: Assist with promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels.
  • Guest Management: Manage event registration and guest lists to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee venue arrangements, catering, and supplies to ensure every detail is taken care of.
  • Fundraising Activities: Assist with on-site fundraising activities such as raffles, auctions, and donation collections.
  • Engagement & Participation: Engage with attendees, encourage participation, and facilitate donation pledges during the event.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of donors, sponsors, and event outcomes for post-event analysis.
  • Team Support: Provide general support to the fundraising team and help meet or exceed fundraising goals.
