We are actively seeking a motivated Marketing and Communications Associate to implement strategic marketing plans and enhance our company’s communication efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product positioning, campaign strategy, branding, and media relations. Major Responsibility Areas:

  • Marketing Plan Implementation: Execute marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights.
  • Business Opportunities: Discover strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and other departments.
  • Revenue Marketing: Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Product/Service Support: Provide support to establish proper channels of communication and information flow.
  • Branding & Advertising: Manage branding efforts, advertising campaigns, trade shows, company events, and promotional collateral.
  • Media Relations: Collaborate with management on projects related to media relations, business communications, and success stories.

Entry Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing management with proven success. Paid training is provided.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with strong priority-setting and problem-solving skills.
  • Agency/Client Experience: Experience working with agency or client partners, maximizing returns through effective marketing strategies.
