In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping manage donations, maintain our donor database, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Contact: Act as the primary liaison for all external and internal fundraising inquiries, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Customer Care: Provide outstanding service to donors, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing supporters.
• Donor Communication: Work with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute clear, engaging donor communications.
• Event Support: Contribute to fundraising and promotional events, assisting with planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution.
• Database Maintenance: Oversee the donor database, providing internal training and support to ensure accuracy in data entry and handling.
• Data Management: Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, generating reports, and responding to data queries to ensure deadlines are met.
• Fundraising Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fundraising trends and incorporate this knowledge into daily activities.
