As an Entry-Level Client Service Associate, you will be on the frontlines, ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience while helping to organize and support various fundraising events. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and donors, addressing inquiries, providing information about our fundraising events, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Help execute marketing strategies to promote events, increase participation, and attract potential donors and sponsors.
- Support the team in fundraising efforts by interacting with donors, providing information on different giving options, and helping to track donations and sponsorships.
- Maintain client and event data in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up communications.
- Work closely with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and align on client expectations and goals.
- Gather feedback from clients and event participants to improve future events and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and be adaptable to changing needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
