Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
• Organize community events and represent the company as its spokesperson.
• Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate promotional services.
• Develop and execute community-based strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, employees, and public interest groups.
• Coach client representatives in effective public and employee communication.
• Analyze organizational objectives and promotional policies to create impactful public relations strategies.
• Maintain the company’s brand identity and reputation.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to evaluate advertising and ensure alignment with public relations goals.
