About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any client concerns, ensuring that events and client relationships remain smooth and positive.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and client communication.

  • Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to help improve service delivery and optimize future campaigns.
